ALL REZED UP! is a video travelogue into the virtual world of Second Life. Sponsored by Verizon, ALL REZED UP! is Verizon's forge into the original entertainment content. Admittedly, it's experimental. The program is created entirely in Second Life by Stretch Mayo with BeBe Baily as the show's lovely host and Associate Producer - and with a little help from Skype.

While working at Verizon, I have seen many benefitial strategic partnerships between Verizon and various music, movie and game content providers. It occured to me that, with the great talent in the creative content area of Verizon, there's no reason why we couldn't provide our own compelling content, as well. ALL REZED UP! and a gaming show named HEADSET, hosted by gaming expert Jason Henderson, is the beginning of that idea. You'll soon see them on the Verizon Surround website at http://surround.verizon.net.

Second Life seemed like a rich environment. ALLREZED UP! is all about the residents of Second Life and the virtual world that they have built. You can be a regular person, a dragon (which I am) - and a dinosaur, among other things) a furry animal or just a plain floating and pulsating sphere. Reasidents of Second Life can freely build anything from skyscrapers to submarines to just about anything that the imagination can think of. It's really quite amazing.

As fast as possible, we'll be putting out episodes of ALL REZED UP! We'll even have a place in the Surround Community forum for the program, for viewer's questions, comment or suggestions for future programs. As the episodes stack up, we'll provide links to the Verizon Surround website.

Belize and I are really having a blast producing the shows, meeting all the great folks  and seeing some very remarkable places in Second Life. Maybe we'll be meeting you! :)
